Lindos Villa Eros – Useful Info

Lindos Villa Eros is owned by ourselves, Dominic and Debbie, and our family. Whilst we are from England, we love Lindos and of course our lovely Villa Eros. We spend many weeks of the year at the villa and it is our home from home. We are sure you will respect both our villa and our beloved Lindos, however we unfortunately have to have T&Cs to avoid any misunderstandings. We are very easy to contact via email or phone 07909521359 and have English and Greek agents in Lindos who will make sure that any niggles are dealt with in so far as is practicable. You will be met at 'Lindos Reception' by Atmosphere Bar by our local Agent with Keys. If you are going to be late please call 07909521359 or email villa.info@lindosvillaeros.co.uk so that we can let our agent know. The Villa is a 100 metre walk from here so use trolley bags.

Any deposit and/or rental paid by you is held by an English firm of solicitors. It will be returned to you in case of cancellation. In whole, part or not at all, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy below

Some basic stuff

Costs in £GB for villa per week for max 6 guests.
Costs are inclusive of air conditioning / climate control & all utilities BUT only when you are in occupation and fair usage policy applies. You will be charged extra (10E per a/c unit per day) if the a/c is left on when you are not in. Ourselves or our agents reserve the right to enter the villa at any time, for any reason (even to turn off the a/c as its very expensive to run). We will of course try to give you prior warning.
The villa is let on a self catering basis.
We do not accept group bookings for under 25's or stag / hen parties. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
We do not accept agency or 3rd party reservations.
When considering your travel options, please take into account that you will have to check out at 12.00 noon. (If you flight is late on in the evening, we may be able to store your bags, without any liability for loss being accepted by us, locally upon request).

After taking a look around our website, please feel free to use the online booking facility or email for further information or for reservations. Your correspondence will be answered promptly & personally by me with friendly, accurate replies to all queries. As our home is owner managed, in cooperation with our excellent agents, you are assured of our personal attention when making all important holiday decisions. Should you decide to book with us we will provide as much information and continued assistance as requested, without micro-managing your holiday, giving you the freedom to enjoy your Lindos Villa just as you choose.

Flights & Travel

Direct flights (scheduled or charter) operate April - October from all major and many other UK airports to Rhodes Diagoras Airport & are approx 4hrs

Try EasyJet, Ryan Air,Jet2, Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson and others.

You can fly all year round with Olympic Airlines or Easy Jet to Athens or Thessalonika International Airport & take a short transfer flight to Rhodes with Olympic or Aegean Air.

Transfer from Rhodes Diagoras Airport to Lindos Villa Eros is approximately 40 minutes by car or taxi. Licensed taxis are widely available outside the airport terminal. There are several international car hire companies in the Airport. We usually use Budget. You can book a mini coach transfer online which may be cheaper than two taxis if there are six of you.

Reservations / Payments

A completed booking form (online or on request) & 20% deposit is required to secure reservations, the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Payments accepted online or in sterling GBP via personal cheque or secured bank transfer. International currencies via transfer only.
Reservation contracts & all payments are made between owner & guest only
Less than 16 weeks prior to travel the Deposit is non refundable any balance payments not made at least 8 weeks before arrival may lead to the booking being cancelled and the deposit retained.
Any cancellation made more than 8 weeks before arrival we will refund the entire costs less the 20% deposit.
For any cancellation made less than 8 weeks before arrival there will be no refund of the deposit or balance.
Together with your balance payment you will be required to provide a security deposit of £200 which will be refunded to you within two weeks of your stay as long as there is no damage to the villa (see terms)
